Abstract:     Low carbon MA steel containing small additions of Nb,V and N is susceptible to dispersion strengthening after which its yield strength may reach ca. 600MPa at impact strength ca 100J/cm2, while its structure remains low pearlitic fine grained of the grain size not exceeding ca. 40um.
