Fees

All participants, including speakers, must register and are individually responsible for all fees and expenses related to Symposium. All Registrations after 1 July 2007 will incur a supplement of 50,- EURO.

The conference fee covers all Symposium activities (scientific sessions, presentation of KOBO technology, commercial exhibition), the book of abstracts, proceedings and materials, refreshments, lunches, a welcome party, social events, and optionally a good standard hotel (Standard fee) or student's hostel (Reduced fee) accommodation.

The cost for Exhibition is 500/550,- &euro (for the Exhibition space with poster board, desk and power supply provided) plus the Standard fee for each person of the team.

A SOTAMA dinner on Friday evening (28^th Sept.) is extra paid 40,- €/person.

Any request for refund of fees must be received in writing no later than on 15 September 2007. All refunds will be subject to a 25,- EURO processing fee.
