Fee

All participants, including speakers, must register and are individually responsible for all fees and expenses related to the SOTAMA'2007 conference.
Early registration and fee payment should be done before 30 June 2007. The registration fee includes a Welcome Party (on 26th Sept.), Refreshments during breaks, Lunches, Social events, and (optionally) Hotel accommodation as well as Symposium proceedings. All Fees are given in EUROs.

Participant:

360,- EURO (including accommodation in 3-star hotel)

260,- EURO (accommodation not included)

Accompanying Person: (Excluding Symposium materials and Proceedings)

200,- EURO (including accommodation)

50,- EURO (accommodation not included)

Student: (Excluding Symposium Proceedings)

220,- EURO (including accommodation in student's hostel)

160,- EURO (accommodation not included)

The Conference Dinner, organized on 28th September evening is extra charge 40,- EURO/person.

All Registrations after 30 June 2007 will incur a supplement of 50,- EURO. Any request for refund of fees must be received in writing no later than on 15 September 2007. All refunds will be subject to a 25,- EURO processing fee.
